Let's just pause for a brief second and celebrate the fact that my face appeared next to the title, " Chicken Surprises!" I'm seriously thinking about making this a lead photograph on my resume. So funny.

Wow. I always enjoy visiting your blog and I must tell you that your videos are fantastic; not only do you know what you're doing, but the camera loves you. Any chance you're the next Food Network Star???
If you take requests, how about a seafood recipe or two. Catfish filets, salmon filets or crab or scallops?
